The Assurance of Salvation

Last night we talked about something every believer wrestles with at some point: “How do I know I’m really saved?”

The good news is this—you don’t have to live in doubt. Salvation isn’t about being “good enough” or checking off a list of rules. It’s all about God’s grace and putting your faith in Jesus.

We looked at some tests from 1 John that help us examine our faith, not to scare us, but to remind us that real faith shows up in how we live, how we grow, and how we stay connected to Jesus and His church.

Bottom line: if you have a present, real, right-now belief in Jesus Christ, you can have confidence in your salvation. And as you keep growing in Him, that confidence only gets stronger.
