Life Teams are the heartbeat of Sunday mornings on The Hill. These teams rotate each week to help every person who steps onto our campus feel seen, welcomed, and at home. From the parking lot and golf carts to door greeters, check-in helpers, the welcome tent, and everything in between, Life Teams set the tone for worship and help church feel like family.

For someone visiting Sisk for the first time, a friendly face or helping hand can make all the difference. Life Teams help remove uncertainty, answer questions, offer encouragement, and create an environment where people feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Serving on a Life Team is about more than filling a position. It is an opportunity to show the love of Jesus in simple, practical ways. You may be the first person to welcome a new family, help a parent find the right check-in area, assist someone from the parking lot, or offer the encouragement a person needed that morning.
You do not have to be outgoing or have everything figured out. You simply need a willing heart and a desire to help others feel at home.
