What is Hometown Harvesters?

Hometown Harvesters is a churchwide day of service focused on meeting practical needs throughout Fort Mill and the surrounding community.
On September 26, volunteers from Sisk Memorial Baptist Church will serve individuals, families, local ministries, and community organizations through projects such as yard work, cleanup, light repairs, food outreach, and other manageable needs.
The heart behind Hometown Harvesters is simple: missions start at home. We want to care for our neighbors, strengthen our community, and share the love of Jesus through practical acts of service.

Know a Need in Our Community?

Do you know a person, family, local ministry, organization, or community space that could use a helping hand?
We are accepting project submissions for Hometown Harvesters. Possible projects may include yard work, cleanup, light repairs, food outreach, organizing, or another practical need that can be safely completed in one day.

Use the button below to submit a project for consideration. Please include as much information as possible so our team can understand the need and determine whether the project is a good fit.

Submitting a project does not guarantee that it will be selected or completed. Each request will be reviewed based on safety, scope, available volunteers, supplies, and the amount of time needed.
Not sure whether your idea fits? Send us a message. We would be happy to help you think it through.
